How to get

Lore
Ambassador Faelin was the representative of Zin-Azshari in Suramar. He was sent to Suramar before the sundering of Azeroth. While in Suramar he lived a charmed life with substantial wealth. Faelin is lacking in wisdom compared to what one would expect given his age. During Voyage to the Sunken City he returns to Zin-Azshari, now known as Nazjatar.[1]
While he continues to use the title ambassador, he no longer represents Zin-Azshari as the city is in ruins. The Naga citizens and 
Queen Azshara have shown hostility towards him.

Trivia
- Faelin is the first non-base hero character to get a chapter in the Book of Heroes. He is also the only Hearthstone-original character to get one.
